Empowering Community Outreach Service Center Clients with available resources
Community Outreach Service Center was founded by Rev. & Mrs. John Thomas. The men's facility opened on November 9, 1999, and the Women and Children's emergency housing facility opened in March 2007. The center has served over 4,000 clients since its inception and has provided assistance to clients through referrals from Houston County.
Our mission is to provide the fundamental necessities of safe lodging and meals to homeless and displaced individuals/families in central Georgia. Join us in making a difference today!
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
